EASY STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

I am not one to make a box cake, as I believe cake from scratch is the best, but this is a quick and easy tasty dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

1 box Pillsbury white cake mix

1 can Lucky Leaf Strawberries

16 oz. container Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Butter and flour a 9 X 13 cake pan.

Make cake mix according to package directions

Bake according to package directions.

Cool cake. When cool, scoop the canned strawberries over top and spread.

Spread cool whip on top.

Keep refrigerated.

A super easy, super tasty treat!

You can double the cake mix or 1 1/2 cake mixes and 2 cans strawberries. Yum!
