Everyone loves quick and easy tasty meals for dinner. This one is chock full of flavor using the new Weber Kick’n Chicken Seasoning! My husband and son said it was the best sauteed chicken I have ever made. That’s because I tried this seasoning. Plus you get lots of veggies low in calories too! Now, who doesn’t love that? Hope you try it and make it one of your go-to week night dinners!
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloins or boneless breasts, cut into chunks
1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 orange pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 large onion sliced into rings
Weber Kick’N chicken seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sweet paprika
4 tbsp EVVO (extra virgin olive oil)
Sides of your choice!
DIRECTIONS:
In a large fry pan, add 2 tbspn EVVO.
Add the sliced peppers and onions.
Sprinkle moderately with Weber Kick’N Chicken seasoning, garlic & onion powders and Sweet Paprika.
Saute until starting to soften, about 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cover to keep warm.
Add 2 tbsp EVVO
Add chicken and season heavily with the Weber Kick’N Chicken seasoning, garlic & onion powders and Sweet Paprika.
Saute until done, about 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides. Pictured is Rice Pilaf and Steamfresh corn, carrots and asparagus.
This meat mixture would also be great for Fajitas or served in a hard bun or hard roll. Enjoy!
